The HR Assistant is responsible for ensuring we have the right field staff to support our client needs. This is an entry-level position, with no experience required and a heavy recruitment focus. Our company is growing fast and there is lots of opportunity to grow and take on more generalist duties.
Resume and Phone Screening
Face to face interviews
Coordinating orientation sessions
Answering staff questions
Certificate in administration or HR
Strong computer skills in a Windows environment
Organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
Strong customer service skills
Ability to handle considerable disruptions and deal with simultaneously changing priorities and deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
