Management have always been friendly, approachable and genuinely caring towards the team. I've worked in many call centre jobs and this one is absolutely the best, hands down.
Salary is good, coupled with commission make it competitive.
Job security is dependant on how good of a caller you are; if you're consistent you've got nothing to worry about.
Job advancement is ok; it's a small company so theres only so many management positions that are available, though if you want it, you'll move up, I've seen many people do it in my time there.
Job culture is great. perfect balance between pushing each other to get more sales while acknowledging this is a call centre job and most of us are here just cause we need to pay the bills, not because we love talking on the phone to strangers.
