Wawel Villa is looking for a bilingual (Polish and English) permanent part-time Receptionist/Administrative Support candidate to join our team, with the possibility of more hours in the future. This position will include some weekend and public holiday hours.
This role is a great opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic and dependable person with excellent customer service skills, superior communication skills and a genuine desire to interact with the elderly. The applicant will offer a warm welcome, provide hospitable service and respond to inquiries from residents, employees, family members and visitors, in both Polish and English. Other duties will include wide range of administrative support tasks.
The position requires demonstrated abilities in the entire Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal English skills and basic math skills are also required. Previous experience in long-term care or a retirement home is considered an asset.
