Our client is looking for a Supervisor to lead in their large warehouse operation.

The Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring the performance and productivity of warehouse employees. You will ensure safe practices and behaviours are taking place thru coaching and mentoring of employees to use proper procedures. You will manage all day to day activities within the warehouse. You will ensure all accident and incident investigation is completed.

A minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience in a warehouse/cross dock is required and a post secondary education in Business, Logistics or Transportation is preferred.

Experience managing in an unionized environment is required.

You have a strong commitment to customer service, excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a high degree of initiative.

Shift work will be required.
