Academy of Autism and Speech Therapy is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated self-starter who enjoys working with children aged 2 - 15yrs. The ideal candidate must have a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a reputable university and must be an active member of the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of BC, in good standing. He or she must be a member of, or be eligible to be a member of, CASLPA and BCASLPA. A criminal records check and vulnerable sector check is required.
Long-term commitment (ie, at least one year) to the position is required. RASP qualification is an asset.
The position currently consists of 6 hours per week, Monday and Wednesday afternoon. When a suitable candidate is found, we will work on increasing the hours. Scheduling may be flexible.
