Our office, located in Mississauga, ON, is seeking an energetic and hardworking individual to join our Operations Department in the role of an Operations Coordinator

Job Overview:
The role of the Operations Coordinator is to provide ongoing administrative, technical and general support on an on-going basis to our COO and our franchisees worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of pre-training and training modules for our franchisees
  • Franchise development support/ on-boarding of new franchisees/consultants
  • Brands on-boarding; general support
  • Organization of webinars:
  • Launch calls
  • Consultant hours
  • CRM and overall systems coordination:
  • FranConnect
  • Orion
  • Websites/ landing pages
  • Performance reports as required by the COO
  • Lead and tech tickets
  • Provide high level of franchisee satisfaction
  • Ongoing self-education by staying current with system information changes and updates

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary education in Business Administration / related discipline
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills for the purpose of documentation / corporate communications
  • Project or process management experience
  • Experience and knowledge of IT / CRM/ technical systems
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to produce high quality, accurate work in tight timescales with limited supervision
  • Excellent organizational skills, particularly in managing time and tasks
  • Exceptional work ethic. Uses time productively, maximizes efficiency, and meets challenging work goals.
  • Demonstrates persistence, overcomes obstacles, and strives to improve skills and achieve goals
  • Proven ability to develop effective relationships and work independently
  • Ability to make independent decisions; assume complete responsibility for work and related decisions
  • Strong understanding of the dynamics of franchise/company owned environments.
