  • Receptionist duties
  • Answering and directing all incoming calls (nationally)
  • Work order entry
  • Coordinate and schedule on-site training sessions with client contacts and corporate trainers
  • Maintain company training database
  • Maintain client account information
  • Write sales proposals and contract renewals as required
  • Conduct ePlan Manager (proprietary software) tutorials
  • Administer ePlan Plus accounts


  • High School diploma or GED
  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel)
  • Reliable transportation – public transit is available


  • Full-Time Hours (Monday – Friday)
  • Full comprehensible benefits after 90 days
  • Small office environment
  • Compensation: starting at $12.50 per hour
