This store serves both retail and contractor business and is adjacent to our wholesale distributor of plumbing products.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, Wolseley Mechanical Group, Victoria Branch, the Showroom Supervisor will be responsible for:

 Day-to-day supervision and management (leading, coaching, mentoring) of the showroom sales team;
 Implementing sales programs and achieving sales targets;
 Performing analysis, revisions and recommendations to enhance customer service;
 Maintaining and developing a productive team by hiring, training, and providing professional development
 Training showroom consultants on products, sales, systems and operations
 Ensuring customers are assisted as needed
 Ensuring relationships with suppliers are maintained
 Addressing and resolving customer complaints on a timely basis
 Working with outside sales staff to secure and maintain showroom and builder business
 Building relationships with builder and design community
 Develop marketing campaigns in conjunction with our marketing department to drive business


 Previous leadership or supervisory experience with demonstrated Wolseley leadership competencies (leading, executing, problem solving/decision making, managing others, communicating, influencing, managing self, understanding the total business, relating to the customers, suppliers and vendors)
 Knowledge of the plumbing industry or similar related retail sales industry
 High level of commitment to exceptional customer service
 Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
