The National Rentals Admin Associate is a hands on position responsible for leading and supervising the activities of the National Rentals Team. The National Rentals Admin Associate will coordinate the rentals inventory, to match rental orders for large corporate clients across Canada. This person will provide guidance to the National Rentals Team for proper methodology, customer support (internal and external) and ensure that all pieces come together to produce the product and service that the customer requires.

Roles and Responsibilities:
The National Rentals Admin Associate is part of a small team within the National Rentals Department that fulfills rental radio orders to meet and exceed our customer expectations. This role is central for proper coordination of rental inventory, timing, proper billing, and quality control. This is also a hands on position responsible for selecting the right products and accessories for the customer. This position also could include programming the radios and accessories to meet the customer requirements as well as administrative and warehouse functions. Ensure that the products and services provided to GLENTEL’s customers are the best and most accurate in the industry.

· Develop in depth understanding of the Radio Rental Business and underlying business processes.
· Order Processing and Coordination:
a. Radios
b. Accessories
c. Programming
d. Billing

· Ensure the product is programmed and functions the way the customer requires.
· Prioritizing of Rentals day to day activities – Staging or De-staging orders.
· Scheduling of Rentals Orders – Near Term and Long Term· Provide status and performance reports on rentals processing.
· Rentals Inventory – Serialized, Non Serialized and Accessories.
· Review of all National Rental orders for completeness and accuracy.
· Recommend amendments, additions, or deletions to the Rentals Equipment Supported.
· Develop sales rapport and interaction that grow sales and maximizes customer loyalty.
· Effectively train staff on products, plans, and how to identify customer needs through consistent communication and coordination with sales and customer.
· Quality Control of Product and Services delivered to our customers.
· Take an active role in the development and or refinement of processes and procedures as it relates to Rentals Order Processing.
· Comply with Corporate work place safety policies, procedures and directives, and ensure that the National Rentals Department complies with these same policies.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

Knowledge of Two Way Radio Systems (Trunked and non-Trunked) a definite asset.
Knowledge of programming radios a definite asset.
Advanced computer skills, internal programs, web based applications, MS Office applications, including excel skills.
Excellent customer service skills with conflict resolution for customers and staff members.
Grasps new concepts, approaches or systems.
Be willing to adapt to a changing environment.
Take a problem solving approach to issues as they arise to resolve conflicts
Takes strong initiative to pursue work objectives
Inquisitive or Investigative skills to probe for customer inquiries
