The Role:

The Glentel Business Division is currently seeking individuals who possess a high level of energy and self motivation and are interested in helping to nurture and build high quality business relationships with existing and prospective customers. We are currently seeking individuals to join our outside sales teams in Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Red Deer and Saskatoon to promote an offering of mobility products to the small and medium B2B market.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to expand their career path and work in a high profile, dynamic and challenging environment.

Responsibilities and Expectations include:

· Qualification of wireless voice and data opportunities including direct customer engagement and needs assessment to develop technical and business requirements
· Execute appropriate sales strategies to meet activation and revenue targets
· Building high quality business relationships and initiating sales calls to new accounts to grow the customer base.
· Demonstrate high sales and service skill levels to deliver on our customer’s business needs.
· Reach monthly business targets and contribute as a team player to the inside sales team’s success.
· Maintain a high level of up to date product knowledge and market trends.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience required:

· 2+ years of experience in outside sales and service in a team environment.
· equivalent work experience; preference given to candidates with experience in B2B wireless and/or computer sales.
· Excellent Phone & Communication Skills
· Comfortable working in a commissions based sales environment
· Must have strong organizational abilities and good time management skills.
· Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office & Outlook.
· Must have the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
· Must be able to work well in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
· High energy level, high degree of self-motivation, and a cheerful, positive attitude.

· Be mobile and have a valid Driver’s licence.
