Hotel Front Desk-Night Audit

Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensures that all guests are made to feel welcome upon arrival.
Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing customer service.
Provides a high level of customer service to ensure Guest Satisfaction
Processes check-ins and check-outs.
Maximize revenue by offering guests alternatives and up-selling.
Ensures that any special billing instructions are noted and passed on to accounting/front desk in a timely and accurate manner.
Use professional phone manner when speaking with guests and outside callers.
Is knowledgeable about different room types and all hotel services and amenities.
Responds to guest inquiries and works with other departments to meet these requests.
Ensures that all vital information is passed on to the next shift to guarantee smooth transition from one shift to the next.
Answer and respond to reservation calls in the absence of the reservations office.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Front Office area.
Any other duties as required.
Preferred Education & Qualifications:
-Previous experience in Hospitality preferred.
-Must have a passion for providing the highest level of customer service to all guests.
