Fast paced, fun and team work environment.
Event Staff (Current Employee), Orange, CA – April 12, 2013
Pros: fun work place, potential overtime and occassional lunch.
Cons: temporary assignments and benefits.
Daily duties entail interacting with the public, theatre seating and crowd control. Provide guest services information and continuous communication with staff via walkie-talkie.

I learned how to arrange staffing as team lead during shift changes, breaks and or lunches.
We are a great team, everyone a great team player, we have fun while working.

At – more... the beginning or end of a showing the theaters, there are many people at once, we go through a rush and things get really busy however; I enjoy working in a busy environment; which makes the times past quickly.

I find pleasure interacting with the various guest that visit the festivals from all over and the busy work environment. – less

Volt basicly controlled payroll, told by firm they where my supervisor
Supplier Collaboration Engineer (Former Employee), Aurora Il – April 8, 2013
Pros: partime employment
Cons: micro-manager for a supervisor. young inexperienced planning work group from top to bottom.
Report to work at 6:30 and performed all the manufacturibility function within the engineering group in the Large Wheel Loader Area. Past 40 plus years of experience in the manufacturing area provided me with the expertise to perform my assignment with minimum supervision as most of my time with Caterpillar has been devoted to the Planning responsibility – more... for welded structure.
Hardest part of job was communicating with peers groups with little or no manufacturing experiences in the manufacturing od large structure. Large wheel loader structure , manufacturing engineer had six month of experience. Advance Planning Processor least than two years of experience. Machining Programmer two years of experience with no machining background.
Most pleasant part of job was working with the "old timers on the hourly and management payroll and the young engineering group with the development of new structures, which is my area of expertise. – less

Receiving Clerk (Current Employee), Charlotte, NC – March 22, 2013
Pros: stable work, and quick job replacement
Cons: bad financing department, and no real connection to there temps
Volt job Solutions is a temporary agency, they provide their temps with very little work options, or ability to change jobs. They enforce the need for temps to work all hours offered at their job posting, even if the hours are optional and not considered mandatory for all temps.

Full Time plus position. Responsible for interfacing with various internal and external organizations in order to secure business and project requirements. In addition I assisted the Quality Analysis Group in Pre-Deployment, Regression testing as well as Production applications.
