VoiceLog LLC was founded in 1996 by three telecommunication executives to provide call recording company on an ASP/Hosted basis. James Veilleux, Larry Leikin and Cynthia Hamilton recognized the need for a recording solution that did not require capital up front - and VoiceLog was born as the first company to provide call recording on a hosted (or service bureau) basis, even before the term "hosted" was coined.
Since then, VoiceLog has grown rapidly and has made INC magazine's Top 500 Fastest Growing Companies two years in a row.
The company's initial success was in the third party verification market. There, VoiceLog leads with more than a 60% market share and has prospered based on sound business principles, innovative technology, and a rapid response to customer needs. Today, VoiceLog offers a broad array of services for call centers, including call recording, quality assurance, and speech analytics.
In addition to the three founding members, Karl Erickson, our Chief Technology Officer, completes the executive management team. Karl is a 20-year veteran of telecom and other technology companies and has a special expertise in high-availability systems.
