Your primary responsibilities
. Respond professionally and accurately to questions and requests from internal and external clients regarding processes.
. Create and maintain good relations with internal and external clients and provide accurate information to clients based on product knowledge.
. Provide information based on the established guidelines and propose alternatives in order to meet client needs.
. Process all requests in a timely and effective manner, ensuring the files are updated and the appropriate solution was or will be found.
. Acquire and maintain a good understanding of the company systems, services and products
. Diploma of Collegial Studies or university degree.
. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a "client contact centre" environment.
. Strong interest and motivation to learn about financial products and also group savings and retirement products and group insurance.
. Bilingual - French and English (written and spoken).
. Listening skills, tact and ability to work in a team.
