The Opportunity:
Vision has a tremendous opportunity for an Ontario Outside Sales Representative based in our Vaughan office.

The Outside Sales Representative is the heart and soul of the company's strategic intent to dominate the wheelchair cushion industry. You will have an extraordinary opportunity to sell distinct value products that are unparalleled in the marketplace.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales rep will be responsible for selling wheelchair cushions within Ontario
- Call on/establish relationships with resource referrals (vendors, Occupational Therapists)
-Promote/sell/secure orders from existing and potential customers.
-Demonstrate products and services and assist prospective dealers in the selection of those best suited to their needs.
-Familiarize established accounts with new products, services, and developments (market penetration).
-Establish professional customer/vendor relationships with appropriate customer personnel.
-Conduct follow-up service calls to all accounts to ensure satisfaction with all agreements reached during sales approach.
-Help ensure the success of the consumer sales/marketing plan through sales efforts directed toward dealers, facilities, organizations and professional clientele.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
-Bachelors Degree
-Demonstrated aptitude for problem - solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach).
-Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
-Demonstrated initiative (self-starter).
-Flexible style ("do whatever it takes¨ approach).
-Availability for travel 3 to 4 days a month within assigned territory
-Valid driver's license.

Compensation: $48,000 annually (no commission)
