Sales Associate (Current Employee) – Calgary – 30 November 2017
This company has a decent pay structure but you are constantly under pressure to hit your sales target. The upper management clearly don't care about your well being, the only thing that matters to them is if you are making numbers. I have seen this company transfer people to different locations sometimes without asking. Regional managers for this company don't care about their employees, and they threaten you based on your performance.
