Bad Workplace Policy and Procedures.
Wine Merchant (Former Employee), Burlington, ON – January 2, 2013
Pros: some knowledge of ontario wine industry practices
Cons: unfair battering practices, illegal activities.
Vincor Canada a subsidiary of Constellation Brands had lousy workplace initiatives and personnel treatment. Was expected to constantly engage the public for alcohol sampling and graded with regard to that approach. Breaking of the law of influence with regard to posted policies by the AGCO. Long term personnel treated very poorly, no wage increases – more... and often work hours decreased with out explanation. – less

Fun people, unorganized company. Decisions made from higher up and oversees: no relevance to actual territory or region.
sales rep (Former Employee), Calgary – May 19, 2012
Pros: free wine, great people.
Cons: no training mentoring opportunities, management in it for themselves, lots of office gossip.
Great people to work with, some fun wine events. Seems very unorganized and reactive to product development. Great portfolio to sample...

Fun and team focussed company with many opportunities
Territory Manager (Former Employee), Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada – February 29, 2012
Pros: people-oriented position, positive, upbeat
Cons: worked alone from a home office
Vincor is a large company in the beverage alcohol industry. There are many well-known and successful brands that were easy to market and sell. My role as a Territory Manager involved selling the 100+ products to various government liquir stores as well as restaurants, lounges and gold courses. In total I managed approximately 60 accounts.

Great Culture and Great People.
Plant Supervisor (Former Employee), Niagara Falls, Ontario – October 15, 2011
This was a great place to work. I often regret leaving as the memories of working there are among the best. The wine industry is a great place to work.
