Pros: good relation between co-workers
As an intern for two months from France, I learned a lot of cultural things about Canada. Management in Montréal is totally different from France because people trust in each other and they are more confident. I worked 4 days per week, starting at 6:15AM until 4:30PM with a 45min break for the lunch. It was probably the hardest part of the job because it's not usual in France. Nevertheless, within 2 weeks, it was no more a problem for me. Co-workers were very friendly and respectfly, which I enjoyed a lot ! A real relation between managers and co-workers was living in the city.
Wonderful boss, very pleasant. The Director was elected at City Hall to create a new department exclusively for all the mayors of Greater Montreal. She was organizing regular meetings between them and the Mayor of Montreal. I was her assistant.

Pros: Nombreux projets.
Cons: Parfois contraintes budgétaires.
Management parfait. Collaborateurs très coopératifs. Pleine compréhension des traitements de la Cour Municipale. Suivi hebdomadaire des projets au moyen de réunions périodiques qui apportent un plus. Une fois les objectifs connus le travail a été relativement facile étant donné mon expérience. Les délais ont toujours été respectés, c'est la chose la plus agréable puisqu'elle donne satisfaction à tout le monde.
