TEAM MANAGER (Former Employee) – Montréal, QC – January 6, 2014
As an intern for two months from France, I learned a lot of cultural things about Canada. Management in Montréal is totally different from France because people trust in each other and they are more confident. I worked 4 days per week, starting at 6:15AM until 4:30PM with a 45min break for the lunch. It was probably the hardest part of the job because it's not usual in France. Nevertheless, within 2 weeks, it was no more a problem for me. Co-workers were very friendly and respectfly, which I enjoyed a lot ! A real relation between managers and co-workers was living in the city.
Wonderful boss, very pleasant. The Director was elected at City Hall to create a new department exclusively for all the mayors of Greater Montreal. She was organizing regular meetings between them and the Mayor of Montreal. I was her assistant.
Préposé au remorquage (Current Employee) – Anjou, QC – May 4, 2016
C'est un emploi saisonnier, quant il y a des tempêtes de neige, je pars avec le remorqueur attitré pour pouvoir aviser en flutant dans des rues stratégiques ou il y aura de contraventions à mettre si les gens ne se déplace pas pour l'heure indiquée et seront relocalisés dans une autre rue qui n'est pas en déneigement.
