The Village of Caroline is currently seeking interested applicants for the position of Assistant Clerk.

The 2014 staffing budget for the Village has been revised, this position is needed starting February 1, 2014 for two days (14 hours) per week possibly leading to four days (28 hours) per week by summer of this year.

The successful candidate will possess excellent public relations and organizational skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work in a highly collaborative small office environment.
Primary responsibilities include reception, information and general office management, general bookkeeping and utility billings.

Competition will remain open until a suitable candidate is found.
