This company i have been working for 2 years. I have noticed that compared to other jobs I have been at comes not nearly close to the malcontent of this company. Every policy in VDV makes absolutely no sense. Making you do things that are not even possible. We have to unmind the customers for donations. Meaning: we give priority to bags over customers. I know that we thrive off donations but when you are the only person on cash and there are doors ringing, phones ringing, people at jewelry, fitting is in chaos and you need to take your 30 min lunch...i had asked my manager and the only thing they told me is that i have to do everything when nobody is there...how is that even possible.
