This position involves providing support to the Administrative Assistant\Bookkeeper with general office duties.

Proficiency required in operating a computer, fax machine and photocopier, filing, answering the phone, directing calls to the right party, greeting and directing or serving visitors.

Must be well organized, friendly and outgoing. Some of our residential clients have special needs so you will need a special place in your heart for these folks.

Proficiency required in Microsoft Office software and in Simply Accounting would be an asset.

This is a term position for 2 days per week at 7.5 hours per day for at least 5 months.
