Banquet Server (Current Employee), Winnipeg, MBJune 27, 2015
Pros: team work
Cons: a lot of work to do in a limited time
Recently, we have a lot of grades events. After dinner we only have 30 minutes to flip the room. Before events, captain showed us the floor plan and plan how to flip. I enjoyed the team work when we flip the room.

Productive and fast paced workplace
Housekeeper (Former Employee), Flin Flon, MBNovember 16, 2012
Pros: get to pick what time you start at
Cons: long hours
The manager was hardly ever around or available to talk too so most decisions were based on what we (the cleaners) knew about the situation. I got along good with my co-workers, they all would say I am hard working. The hardest part of the job would actually have been dealing with the managers. The most enjoyable part was freedom to make decisions and feel god about doing so.

Fun workplace
Banquet Server (Former Employee), Brandon, MBDecember 30, 2013
Pros: free lunches
Cons: late nights
Shifts often began at 6am or 4pm. A typical day at work included setting up tables for banquets or conferences, serving, and cleaning rooms. Management was respectful and often listened to requests for time off. The hardest part of the job was the hours- working early mornings and late nights (sometimes until 3am). The most enjoyable part was the fun work environment and free food.

make sure that there is no spots of hairs on the wall or on the floor.
management was good.
the hardest part of the job was making sure that everything was spotless. no stains on the blankets, dust and vaccume everywhere. the most enjoyable part of the job is at break times where everyone can laugh and share on how they are doin so far.
