Vertex Resource Group Ltd. is currently looking for an energetic Jr. Administrative Clerk to assist our team in our Sherwood Park, AB office. The successful candidate must be detail oriented with relevant experience in office administration and a desire to work in a fast paced team environment. This position will start as a 3 month contract but could be extended depending on workload.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Data Entry
- Administrative duties as required
- Other tasks assigned by the Supervisor
- Must be strongly proficient in MS Word and Excel spread sheet
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task effectively to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Ability to complete repetitive tasks
The ideal candidate will be based out of our Sherwood Park, AB Office.
