Cons: verbally and mentally abusive environment, very stressful
As a company, Verizon Wireless takes care of their employees for the most part. You start off with paid vacation, they provide training, and they even have events on-site for holidays and customer service appreciation.
The only thing lacking for Verizon Wireless, is the lack of backup for customers being verbally abusive. The job is VERY stressful!!! – more... Must be able to maintain multiple stats on the job, failing to meet one stat can put you on a performance plan, which could lead up to employment termination. – less
