NO rasies , No promotions, Turn and burn metality, production is desktop class, CHEAP with everything, no company functions. IT Director is a dictator, MICRO MANAGER. He ran off 3 managers and many other IT people. STAY AWAY.

Ventyx was a good company.I started as a cleaner and ended up as a receptionist. I also learned the MS word, Microsoft excel and how to use Internet.
My co- workers were helpful,we were working as a team.i didn’t see anything hard course I was willing to work hardb and loved my job. the most enjoyable part was when we do functions.

Ventyx was a pleasure working for. I was brought on as a temp, but they treated me as if I would be there forever. Very friendly staff. Very good coffee!
