  • Sales focus: Strategic Business and Marketing Consulting Services
  • Responsibility: Obtain leads and set-up first appointments between C-level clients and Vector
  • Remuneration: Commission based, 25% of contract amount

The Account Executive is responsible for seeking out new leads and introducing Vector to the decision makers of potential clients. This position requires analytic skills and strategic acumen to seek out new leads and approach potential C-level clients.

Through influential and sophisticated negotiations, the Account Executive establishes mutually beneficial relationships and sets-up first appointments between the potential client and Vector. The Account Executive must obtain a deep understanding of Vector’s capabilities and effectively represent the company towards other organizations. An active C-level network within the financial, tourism and/or construction industries is required.

The Account Executive works independently from Vector. The commission provided for obtaining new clients is 25% of the contract amount obtained.


  • Identify new C-level clients, create leads and follow-up
  • Craft a sophisticated approach towards potential clients
  • Set up first appointments and introduce Vector to potential clients
  • Achieve the yearly sales target
  • You are expected to obtain leads and set-up the first appointment between the client and Vector. You are not expected to be involved in the contract itself


  • Undergraduate degree, preferably in business
  • Experience in making high quality presentations towards C-Level management
  • Negotiating skills, assertive and diplomatic with a consultative sales approach
  • 7-10 years of sales consulting experience
  • Detail and process oriented
  • Possesses an active network within the financial, tourism and/or construction industries
  • Additional languages a plus
  • Based out of home-office, you provide your own cell, laptop and car
