- Telephone reception for 8 line Meridian switchboard
- Greeting clients
- Distribution of incoming / outgoing mail
- Computer work (MS Office, Mail softwares)
- Drafting letters, correspondence
- Manage office supply inventory and business machines
- Sales staff support and sales lead data entry
- Assist with various Accounts Payable and Account Receivable functions
- Assist with Payroll administration
- Daily bank deposits
- Minimum of Five years computerized bookkeeping experience.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook.
- Comfortable greeting customers visiting showroom.
- Excellent command of English.
- Skilled in mathematical calculations.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Highly detail oriented.
