I am looking for an office admin person with experience to join our young team in a busy company in York, ON. An enthusiastic, highly driven person with initiative and a good sense of humour would be appreciated as we work with a wide selection of people whom you will deal with directly.
The job has scope for being involved in other aspects of the business - HR and recruitment, customer service and general office admin. The office is very friendly, busy and always on the go with variety a part of each day.
- Excellent bookkeeping skills - no PAYE experience needed. Good knowledge of Excel is required for this.
- Excellent level of both written and spoken English
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to communicate with a wide variety of people
- Good organisational skills and an ability to multitask
- Must be able to work a minimum of 1-2yrs
