You would arrive at work an hour before the branch opened and start to balance all the machines and do daily recording sheets to make sure the branch was balanced,
- Help members with various transactions, and find solutions to any of the problems, always putting the members first.
- I learned so much about the financial industry, sales skills, people skills, and how to become a very effective employee.
- management was very helpful always telling you ways to improve and would have monthly meetings to discuss goals.

-hardest part of the job was being under staffed and trying to deliver a hire standard to our members which was not possible at that point in time.
-most enjoyable part of the job was being able to solve peoples financial difficulties and learning new skills to better help someone.
