LOCATION: Brampton Ontario
SHIFT: Monday – Friday Day Shift 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
RATE: To be announced/commeasurable with experience

This Representative will be a strong part of our team to ensure customer concerns are prioritized and addressed promptly. He/She will manage relationships across the business with Sales, Operations, and Logistics-to ensure a high level of service to our customers.
Job Skills and Requirements
-Able to read/speak /write English
-Experience using ERP Systems required
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in Customer Service for fast paced manufacturing environment
-Excellent interpersonal skills with focus on Customer Service
-Respond promptly to customer inquiries
-Resolving conflicts / problems for customers as per order information, shipping dates and any anticipated delays
-Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Word)
-Self-Motivated. Ability to work independently
-Communicates and coordinates with internal departments
-Quality focused and understanding of ISO 9001:2008 quality system requirements
-Product and Market knowledge for furniture industry
-Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
-Organizing and Analyzing information
-Experience in “Microsoft Dynamics Nav”
-Knowledge of foam manufacturing and fabrication processes such as cutting, gluing and packaging
