retired miner (Former Employee) – Copper Cliff, ON – 17 January 2014
meet with crew at start of shift and discuss the days work. go over safety for previous day and present days work. See what other work was being done in other parts of the mine. The hardest part of the job was when equipment was broken and you had to wait for it to be repaired and the most enjoyable part was that you did the job safely and efficiently
Miner/Supervisor/safety training Superviosr (Former Employee) – Greater Sudbury, ON – 13 November 2017
Very challenging job. As a supervisor you had to be a good planner and organizer. As a safety and training supervisor responsible for multiple sites and working with different managers was demanding and also rewarding. Good hours and salary.
