Valard Construction LP is seeking a qualified Project Manager to join our team in the Edmonton head office. The PM will be responsible for: coordinating and allocating all resources, activities and stakeholders; setting and meeting deadlines; monitoring the project trends; summarizing and communicating the progress of the projects; detailed scheduling; identifying projects’ milestones and creating weekly progress reports.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years experience as a Project Manager in the powerline construction industry and a suitable post-graduate diploma/degree or the equivalent of training and experience. A superior working knowledge of MS Office is required. Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with diverse project functions and personalities are essential.
