A Vancouver property management company is STILL looking for a property manger working in Prince George area.

Major Duties:
1. Collect monthly rent
2. Enforce rental rules and regulations
3. Handle complaints and go through dispute resolution process
4. Work with care taker closely. If can do part of repair and maintenance work, that’s the best.

Key Qualification:
1. Good and professional office work experience with computer skills (Word, Excel)
2. Strong interpersonal skills, self motivated.
3. Good credit history
