As that company is a recently made ( 3 years) There is a lot of things to improve. Our Boss trusted to me and my colleague to take this company in our hands, so basically we implemented lots of rules which helped to float this company in this city where every second building is your competitor. So basically i'm kind of a manager, because I set up the rules and try to explain it to our customers. Our customers are people from EU usually and some of them don't really speak good english, so it motivated me to learn basic knowledge of +- all european languages. We have more or less 10 workers at that company, every one is from a different back ground. So the tolerance is a key to success. You need to know what is patience, otherwise you cannot work in a service area. Any way there is no unresolvable situations. Some of them take more time, some less, but with the determination you can achieve everything.
