We are looking for an office administrator with a positive attitude to join our dynamic team. This person will play an important role in contributing to the effectiveness and efficiency of the daily front-line operations.
Terms of Employment: Permanent, full-time employment after 3 month management performance review.

- Education: Completion of college or university
- Experience: 1 to 2 years experience in a professional business setting an asset
- Language: Fluent with English (Second language an asset)
Work Setting: Private sector, Professional business-office setting
- Administrative duties (answering phones and responding to emails)
- Data entry of vendor invoices and customer quotations/invoices
- Mail quotations and invoices for new and existing house accounts
- Manage customer inquiries (face to face or by phone)
- Prepare periodic reports for operations manager
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Schedule couriers for completed products and receive incoming deliveries
- Manage completed job dockets
- Familiarity with the use of general office equipment (desktop computer, telephone, fax, and laser printers)
- Knowledge working with Microsoft Windows Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with accounting software (QuickBooks) an asset
