We are looking for an office administrator with a positive attitude to join our dynamic team. This person will play an important role in contributing to the effectiveness and efficiency of the daily front-line operations.
Terms of Employment: Permanent, full-time employment after 3 month management performance review.

Background Requirements:
Education: Completion of college or university
Experience: 1 to 2 years experience in a professional business setting an asset
Language: Fluent with English (Second language an asset)
Work Setting: Private sector, Professional business-office setting
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative duties (answering phones and responding to emails)
Data entry of vendor invoices and customer quotations/invoices
Mail quotations and invoices for new and existing house accounts
Manage customer inquiries (face to face or by phone)
Prepare periodic reports for operations manager
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Schedule couriers for completed products and receive incoming deliveries
Manage completed job dockets
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with the use of general office equipment (desktop computer, telephone, fax, and laser printers)
Knowledge working with Microsoft Windows Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with accounting software (QuickBooks) an asset
