The Nano-Bio Interfacial Engineering group at the University of Waterloo is looking for highly qualified graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and research associates to join our battery research branch. We are a dynamic, interdisciplinary group with interest in novel, clean energy storage systems using combined approaches from materials science and engineering, chemistry, physics and biology. Experience in inorganic and/or polymer synthesis, materials characterization, electrochemical cells, and battery evaluation (e.g., charge-discharge, cyclic voltammetry and AC impedance spectroscopy) is required. Industry co-operation project experience would be a great asset.
