Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Operates switchboard to receive incoming, outgoing and interoffice calls
Greets visitors and directs to proper department or persons
Opens and distributes mail
Processes office payables
Data entry and word processing
Orders office, kitchen and janitorial supplies
Scans and indexes Bill of Ladings
Billing hold review and releases
Makes travel and hotel arrangements
Other administrative duties as assigned

High school education with two (2) years experience. Excellent telephone and communication skills required. Computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and database. Should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work under pressure.
