We are currently seeking a shop/equipment technician for our Fort Saskatchewan facility. The person must be well-organized, career oriented and self-managing. Oil field experience would be an asset. Some travel and on call work is required on a rotational basis.
Equipment Technicians have the responsibility to maintain the integrity and maintenance on all safety equipment supplied by United Resource Safety. All equipment that is supplied by United Safety is maintained in accordance with the manufacturers' specifications. Traceability to these specifications is completed by having each Equipment Technician undergo certification by the manufacturers.

The following safety certificates are considered an asset:
- Enform H2S Alive
- Enform Petroleum Safety Training (PST) with Options 8, 9, 10, 11 and Safe-T Disc (CSTS)
- Standard First Aid
This position is safety sensitive & requires the following:
- Physical Demands Test
- Medical Test (eye, hearing, PFT)
- Drug & Alcohol Test
- Driving Test
- Drivers’ Abstract (current within 10 days)
