You must have a valid Ontario driver's license and a car for driving to client sites
You shall be responsible for the set up and implementation of a variety of hardware and software
as well as providing diagnosis and resolution to a range of network related problems:
Advanced overall knowledge of networking, operating system, and server architectures, including Windows Server Architecture, Exchange Server, Terminal Services, MS SQL, VOIP, Cloud Services.
Configure, set up, upgrade, troubleshoot and maintain VOIP systems, mobile devices, PCs, Laptops, and PC peripherals,
such as scanners, fax machines, copiers, desktop and network printers.
You possess configuration knowledge of network devices, routers, modems and other devices.
Able to set up firewalls, manage spam filters , virus detection and cleanup
You shall proactively monitor environment performance to provide recommendations for improvement
Maintain, support and repair customers' data, internet networks, email problems, and operating system problems
Resolve customer network outages. Recommend and perform remedial actions to eliminate similar future troubles.
Maintain accurate records of network problems reported and resolutions provided for future reference.
Review daily logs for all managed devices.
