I loved my time there because it allowed me to work 70 hours a week and take multiple shifts. Co-Workers weren't the greatest being in a situation where the plant was closing. Hardest Part was putting in 12+ hour days, but well worth it, enjoyable part was the fun with co-workers. I learned a lot in the manufacturing business side.

A typical day at work was simple. I learned a lot about different machines there and also learned how to combine products together to make ice cream. Everyone there were nice, hardworking, and also outgoing.

While is a fun company to work for and a place to learn a lot
there is still missing some good profesional development for their talent.

UL is a great company that offers a variety of good product to the customers to make them feel great.

I m putting in a typical day at my job, the 2nd one pretty much relates to just about anyone who works for a company like the one Im with. But I like it there, we get to have our share of fun. Gonna film some more later this week, the good stuff!

I served and managed a few large distribution chain accounts that was responsible for my core business.

I was able to do a 6 month internship with this company. They paid really well and taught me tons of skills but I might have been pushed a bit to hard to perform by some supervisors.

Eastablising business with new customers and new markets.Freedom to take decisions . Excellent culture and team work to grow the business.

i place orders from then its floor walk then i pack the stock on the shelves.the most important part of my job is doing displays and meetingwith store managers for updating with new innovations.

A very large company not always the best communication

Seemed the only way to advance was to be personally liked by Managers/Director- no attention was paid to actual work and actual performance.

Typical day: Challenging and stretching. Filled with meetings and tight deadlines

Learnings: Everything I know about marketing and Customer marketing i learnt from Unilever. My degree is a BSc in Microbiology

Co-workers: Very supportive. Share information and learnings and always willing to lend a helping hand

Unilever Food Solutions business is nice little business existing under big Unilever umbrella. Having located away from NA HQ in New Jersey, it has managed to keep advantages of working in a small company with benefits of big global brandname.
