I had fun working hard with a group of people always beating our goal of the day before and having the boss ask me to teach the new people what we've been doing the few weeks before.

Busy, fast paced, environment.
Great managers who do not micro manage.
Amazing team that was like a second family.

I was offered a job that was suppose to be Temp to Hire and once the 3 months came up the company hadn't hired me on. So I waited because they told Ultimate Staffing that they would hire me on, but it never happened and I was there 9 and 1/2 months. I was upset because if they knew they were not going to keep me then they should have let me know so – more... I had time to look for more work. Was not happy al all. – less

I was told I would paid a certain hourly wage and ended up receiving a dollar less an hour. Was also told I would get 40 hours a week and some weeks it was only 20. Don't waste your time!

The pay is excellent for a staffing agency, however, the agency doesn't expect you to have to take care of any life occurrences that are thrown your way.

This started out to be a great job on first shift assembling headlights at Stanley Electric. Unfortunately, while on my probationary 90 days, I had an accident in the snow and couldn't make it in to work and that was all it took.

I enjoyed working for this agency, they always made sure that the job fit my skill set. They compensated well. The only thing I did not enjoy was that majority of the job placements were temp. positions

Depending where you are sent to work a typical day would be you getting called on an assisgnment, which is decsribed to you in complete detail. If the assignment last for 3 months or more you are met by on the the employees from Ultimate Staffing to help you adjust the first day. Working with Ultimate they placed me in a establishment called Sun-Maid and it was the best place to work in my opinion.

Sun-Maid was a wonderful, joyful environment. All employees were energetic in morning, they wanted to work. The environment was a place you wanted to be, professional but fun.
The day started at 6:00 AM, you were moved and placed – more... at the station that you and a worker would be placed. Either in Processing or Packaging. While there you learned how to clean, sanitary techniques, use machines properly, and how to keep time. Management was amazing always was there to help and then was always to keep a smile on your face. The co-workers were very polite, wanted to take you into their family. Hardest part was all the different cultural languages. Most enjoyable part was just working there. – less

Ultimate was a temp agency I worked for and they were very helpful when it came to building my resume and filling temp-to-hire positions for companies in Houston

Not a good company to work for. They never have any work. And when they do have work they give the blacks pple the no good jobs and give the Hispanic the good work. Which is very mess up.

A typical day @ Healthspring is being on the phone assisting members and providers with getting coverage for members medications...It's a very family oriented environment...everyone was very helpful.

Order entry for Directv. Received orders via email. No phone calls.

I enjoy driving the forklift it a freedom and a skill set i learned some time ago i like the realness the staff at ultimate staffing services was just not full time permant work hour in a temp service
