Responsibilities
Provide systems analysis for client solutions
Work closely with clients, partners and internal resources to:
Identify and document solution requirements & designs
Work closely with the technical delivery team to ensure client solutions meet the defined requirements
Develop and execute test plans for client solutions
Provide coordination of project activities with clients
Develop and deliver client solution documentation
Be willing to travel to client sites as required
Must Haves
Demonstrated abilities in systems analysis, requirements gathering, documentation and software testing
Excellent oral & written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to interact at all levels with customers and vendors
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Nice to Have
Post-secondary education in Computer Science, IT, or Business Management
Experience
3+ years as a Systems Analyst and or Quality Assurance Analyst, preferably in the Telecommunications industry
Previous hands-on experience working with BSS, OSS and / or mobile and web-based software products
Strong understanding of telecom services concepts & solutions
Previous experience with programming and/or scripting
