I have learned a lot working with UPS about what I like and what I dont like in a company. Having worked there for so many years I have gained valuable experience and skills that will serve well in the future.

Tough Job
Package Handler (Current Employee) –  2900 Steeles Ave W6 December 2017
Not worth travelling to. They only give you part-time technically, but you can work double shifts of approx. 5hrs each. Because of the double shift, you are not entitled to OT.

Pay starts at minimum and you hit max pay after 4.5 years. Good thing is that the hours are flexible and if you put in work, you can do multiple shifts; they need all the help they can get.

Very high turnover rate, unhappy workers, management could be better.
Pros
flexible hours
Cons
poor work conditions, job culture, morale
