Very Productive enivronment
Senior Representative (Former Employee), Weehawken, NJOctober 24, 2014
The best part of my job is that I learn something new every day. Because I work for senior executives I'm constantly learning how big business operates, and how managers relate to their peers and employees. I think the most important part of any job is learning as much as you can about the company you work for so that you really make a difference in – more... helping to make the company successful. It's hard for me to say what the worst part of my job is because I really like my job. I guess I'd say the worst part is that a lot of people I don't work for come to me for help. I gladly help everyone but sometimes I have a lot of balls in the air at once and that can be stressful – less

Nice place to work. Very particular about your manner of dress. Lunches available for sale at reasonable prices.
Assistant (Former Employee), Weehawken, NJOctober 21, 2014
Pros: one is able to have lunch at their desk.
Cons: the company is very particular regarding personal phone calls.
I would actually love to work for this company again, My only drawback with working for this company is the location where I worked which is in New Jersey and I live in New York. If given the opportunity to do so I would love to work at one of their New York, offices.

Senior Wealth Strategy Associate (Former Employee), Dallas, TXOctober 16, 2014
Pros: free coffee carts usually 3 days a week
Cons: not a very supportive environment
It was a great place to figure out how to self learn. There were a lot of different personalities that didn't really seem to want to focus on anything but themselves. On the job training was almost non-existent.
