Work closely with and report to the general manager, assisting and prioritizing in a wide variety of time-sensitive projects and coordinating as necessary with buyers, customers and internal personnel
Properly handle all emails, carefully assessing requirements, completing all requests and any necessary followup
Liaison with the commodity purchasing mills and end markets on scheduling, tracking, pricing and any necessary documentation requirements
Liaison with customers, mills and end markets on special projects or requirements, coordinating as necessary with internal personnel and ensuring accurate and timely completion of all requests
Coordinate projects, procedural or other issues and new account setups with internal personnel, ensuring smooth and accurate completion or implementation
Coordinate trucking with plants supervisors and scalehouses for receiving and shipping
Create procedural documents, schedules, spreadsheets, reports and all other types of documentation as required
Update and distribute monthly internal reports and pricing
Invoice shipment work orders twice a month, ensuring all pricing is accurate; check that all payments match the invoices properly; ensure that all shipment receivables are up to date
Accurately record all mill, end market and customer rebate pricing
Keep all files up to date, both physically and on the shared network file data base, scanning documentation as necessary and keeping all such files in good order, updated and accurate including all pricing, customer and end market information, with files properly archived as necessary

Logistics and inside sales experience is an asset.
Previous waste and recycling industry experience is an asset
