SIGNIFICANT AND RECENT EXPERIENCE:
- Providing strategic advice to the Senior Leadership of a decentralized science based organization. This also encompasses the transformational leadership, the development of a result-based management and accountability framework and departmental performance reports.
- Must have participated in Transformational activities that enable the group or division to achieve its business objectives in response to on-going changes in the department's mandate, business strategy or orientation. Conduct studies, and recommend options that meet senior management objectives. Studies, analysis will require detailed cost benefit analysis outlining and describing associated risks, outlining short-term and long-term approaches in the transformational initiatives.
- Must have recent experience in consulting with HR Program Manager, Classification & Organization Design and team members on organizational design and classification issues. Consultation will include the requirements to integrate and coordinate all HR elements with both the HR Program Managers and Operations Manager.
- Must have significant and recent experience in preparing study and strategic support documents for Director HR, HR Program and Policy Lead.
- Must have occupied a position at the senior management or executive level as the deliverables are to support the most senior level of the organization.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES OF THE RESOURCE:
- Development of various organizational structures in support of directorate programs.
- Conduct of organizational studies, provision of written reports, studies as requested by the project authority.
- Other deliverables, as specified by the project authority.
