1.0 In addition to the PWGSC requirements listed this office also requires the following criteria:
1.1 Experience (3 or more years) in developing security Certification & Accreditation documentation;
1.2 Experience (3 or more years) with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes in implementation of Information Technology (IT) service management;
1.3 Experience (5 or more years) with IT support experience in a Department of National Defence (DND) project;
1.4 Can access Secret and Controlled Goods information as described in Security Requirements Check List (SRCL) E60ZN-110002-S04;
1.5 System experience (5 or more years) with Command and Control, networking, or communication systems used in the Royal Canadian Navy;
1.6 System Experience (5 or more years) with Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) network;
1.7 Experience (5 or more years) developing Statements of Work (SOW) or technical specifications for military Command and Control, Information Technology, communication or networking systems;
1.8 Experience (5 or more years) in preparing analysis, costing, and comparison of options in support of the development of project approval documents as required by Treasury Board of Canada
1.9 Experience (5 or more years) in Integrated Logistic Support; and
1.10 Experience (3 or more years) in writing security threat risk analysis reports or other security Certification and Accreditation documentation.
preparing specifications for and carrying out the integration of systems and equipment;
b. conducting technical studies to produce technical options, validate and assess options, assess technical risks and evaluate designs;
c. review design and prototype engineering solutions to technical problems and provide recommendations;
d. review draft specifications of systems, sub-systems, equipments, interfaces or ancillaries;
e. tailoring military or commercial standards, specifications or practices for incorporation into system specifications;
f. producing draft technical evaluation plans and evaluation standards;
g. generating or evaluating test plans, procedures and reports;
h. proposing or analyzing engineering change proposals, estimating costs, estimating risks, and making recommendations;
j. preparing project management documentation, including project plans that contain project scope, risk, schedule, communication, resources, quality, procurement and integration plans;
k. preparing space and weight budgets for installations, assessing proposed designs, evaluating prototypes and developing acceptance tests for user hand over;
l. preparing interface standards and integration plans for the utilization of current and new
systems or equipment;
m. reviewing and making recommendations on project documentation, including statement of requirements and synopsis sheets;
