Our government client is seeking a General Office Clerk with the following requirements: -Unilingual English -Enhanced Security Clearance
Ability to perform these duties:
-General clerical duties such as filing, sorting and alphabetisation of Delegation of Authority Forms; -Mail (pick up /drop off/sort/date/distribute); -Filing (including current backlog/opening new files/sorting and preparing dead files for archiving/centralize and standardize the current system; -Provide photocopies of documents for audits I ministerial inquiries/questions directed to us form other sections/departments as well as providing electronic copies of DOA forms with the use of a scanner; -Perform data entry into excel spreadsheet; -Perform data entry into Access database; -Although not the primary duty, may need to lift/move boxes/files; -Familiarity with computers, photocopiers and Microsoft Word/Excel/Access required.
