Our government client is currently seeking a Computer Application Support with the following requirements:
- Secret Security clearance
- Unilingual English
Help Desk Analyst (Designated Client Representative) using Support Magic Software (training to be provided by the client).
Request for Change coordination for our Unclassifed and Secret networks (training to be provided by the client).
The Designated Client Representative is responsible to provide advice, guidance and co-ordination of service requests to clients who require assistance in the:
installation, change and/or relocation of IM/IT equipment;
re-engineering of desktop environments;
software implementation; and
general infrastructure support.
The Designated Client Representative is responsible to:
gather/determine Functional Requirements; and
approve/authorize Functional Requirements
The Designated Client Representative is responsible to act as a liaison between the client and the Service Provider
The Designated Client Representative should have a good understanding of the client's IM/IT call handling procedures.
The Request for Change Coordinator is responsible for preparing documentation and providing advice, guidance and co-ordination of requests for any changes to the SECRET and unclassified network environments.
