Our government client is currently seeking an Administrative Clerk with the following requirements:
LANGUAGE: Bilingual (BBB)

Individual will be responsible for a full range of administrative duties such as but not limited to assisting in the management of budget, preparing financial documents, scheduling meetings, organizing logistical arrangements for meetings and conferences, managing the daily agenda at an executive level, preparing travel arrangements, answering calls for the executive and tracking incoming correspondence, tasks and priorities.
Individual will be assisting in the preparation of human resources packages.
Individual will be responsible for tracking dockets, filing and archiving of documents. He or she will also be responsible for the order of supplies and ensuring prompt deliveries.
Individual must be reliable, fast learner, organized, pay attention to details, proactive and team player.
